Studio One is available for use to any certified trainer for group fitness classes. Yoga, Zumba or dance classes, Tabata, or HIIT, Studio One is the place to be. The Annex is our brand new 1,000 sq ft turfed speed and agility center. From bootcamps to specialized training, the Annex is designed to handle the toughest workouts.
