To start off your journey, you receive a physical fitness assessment by our personal trainer which includes completing a small questionnaire, measurements, and a physical test. From there, you receive a workout program curated to you which you'll complete with the personal trainer, either 1-on-1 or in a small group.
Do you have a workout buddy or buddies? Small Group Training is perfect for you and your crew! Your group will coordinate weekly sessions with our personal trainer where you'll be held accountable, work towards your goals, and above all, have fun while doing it.
Pricing is based on 30-minute sessions, per person.

Want to give it shot before committing, or need an introduction to how our machines work? Receive one 60-minute session and receive a fitness assessment, physical test, and sample workout.
